Negotiate price and conditionsI will stay in contact with the seller or it’s agent, get the right price for the property and aim for appropriate terms. |

Signing the contractIf you buy a house in Amsterdam the buying contract will be signed at a notary’s office. Outside of Amsterdam the seller or seller’s agent works out the contract, even more attention is needed then. In case of a rental contract, this will be drawn up by the landlord or its agent. I will go through the contract with you and join you when it gets signed. |

Valuation reportOnce you have signed the contract you need a valuation report. Necessary to get your mortgage arranged. I can connect you with the right surveyor, he or she will proceed with you and arrange the report. |

Final inspection and transferThe last step in the process is to check the property one more time after all other things are arranged. We then go to the notary again for signing the final documents and you receive your key! In case of a rental the key will be handed over at the final inspection. |
